3-Year Guarantee
Every steel piece we make in our workshop in Latvia has a 3-year Drawero guarantee on its frame and welds. It’s our own promise, given on top of your legal rights, which it doesn’t replace or limit.
What’s covered
- The steel frame and welds of furniture made in our workshop: table legs and bases, firewood holders, shelves and shelf brackets, shoe racks, towel racks, coat racks, side tables and bar stools.
- Faults in materials or workmanship that show up in normal use — for example a weld that cracks or comes apart, or a frame that bends or warps under a normal load.
How long
3 years from the day your order is delivered.
What isn’t covered
- Normal wear: scratches, chips or marks from use.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, loads beyond normal use, or changes made to the product.
- Rust that starts where the powder coat has been scratched or chipped, and indoor products kept outdoors.
- Natural changes in wood parts, such as colour, small cracks or movement.
- Handles, pulls and other products we don’t make ourselves.
The powder-coat finish, wood parts and all our other products are covered by your legal guarantee (see below).
What we’ll do
If your claim is covered, we’ll repair the item or send you a replacement part or a new item. If neither is possible, we’ll refund what you paid for it. We cover the cost, including shipping.
How to claim
- Email info@drawero.com with your order number, a short description of the fault and a few photos.
- We’ll reply, usually within 2 business days, and tell you what happens next. Please don’t send anything back before we’ve replied.
Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. The guarantee applies in every country we deliver to.
Your legal rights
This guarantee comes on top of your legal rights and does not affect them. If a product isn’t as described or develops a fault, consumer law entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund free of charge — in the EU for at least 2 years from delivery, and in some countries, such as Norway, Iceland and the United Kingdom, for longer. You can use these rights whether or not you claim under this guarantee.
