Every Drawero piece is handmade to order in our workshop in Latvia and shipped across the EU and worldwide. Because each item is made for you, please allow a little time for production before dispatch — your order confirmation and our messages will keep you updated, and you’re always welcome to ask for a timeline at info@drawero.com. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Safe delivery is our responsibility

We pack every order in sturdy, often recycled packaging — something our customers mention again and again. Your order stays our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, contact us at info@drawero.com and we’ll put it right quickly, at no cost to you.

Customs & duties

Orders within the EU include applicable taxes. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and may be payable on arrival.

Returns

You can return most standard, non-custom items within 14 days — see our Refund Policy for full details. Custom and made-to-measure pieces are made specifically for you and can’t be returned unless faulty, but you’re always protected by your statutory 2-year guarantee.
